You will be working with a fun, vibrant and friendly team who strives to create a culture where people are respected and rewarded for their loyalty and good work ethic.
Your major areas of responsibility will be;
- Internal recruitment:
- Liaising with hiring managers
- Posting job advertisements
- Screening applications
- Scheduling and attending interviews
- Candidate care
- Reference checking
- Preparation of position descriptions
- Employment agreements
- Managing the on-boarding process
- Policy review and update
- Maintaining awareness of award and legislation information
- HR administration
- Supporting the HR team
As Recruitment / HR Coordinator you will have excellent verbal and written communication as well as a strong level of organisational skills and attention to detail. You are hands-on and practical, highly motivated and adaptable. You are switched on and have a proactive 'can-do' attitude. The successful person will have completed their relevant tertiary qualification and will have gained some solid experience in the last one - three years.
