Talentpath are proud to be partnering with a national organisation who are known within their industry for their high level of service. They are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support the National HR Manager providing generalist HR support diverse stakeholder group. With over 40 years delivering quality services around Australia, they believe in providing their valued customers quality service whilst internally driving corporate values of integrity, leadership and innovation.

Where no two days are the same, a true generalist role where you are involved in the full end to end employee cycle - from engagement, performance review to departures. You will support the National HR Manager in developing and delivering HR projects, mentoring and training stakeholder groups, whist playing a key role in the role out of their new HRIS system. This is truly an exciting time to be joining the team!
Why you?
You will have a broad Generalist HR background, ideally working with operational teams in a diverse blue/white collar environment. You will have:
- Experience providing advice and mentoring your stakeholders
- Strong verbal communications skills with the ability to present to and negotiate with varied stakeholder groups
- Well-developed written communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability build relationships with varied stakeholder groups
- The confidence to provide advice and guidance around best practice HR procedures, interpretation of awards and EBA's
- Experience supporting & managing an end to end recruitment process, engaging and mentoring stakeholders on best practice
- Experience coordinating pre-employment checks, compliance and inductions - strong attention to detail is a must!
