On the other hand you’ll be working onsite for one of our clients-a leading Medical devices MNC, partnering with managers and providing expertise as a business partner and trusted advisor.
As part of the on-site resourcing team, your aim as an Onsite Recruitment Specialist is to get to know your client and their working culture inside out. To get right under the skin of their business and build up a truly detailed picture. One that allows you to identify exactly what their resourcing needs are and to create imaginative sourcing strategies to answer them.
In this role you’ll be involved in the recruitment process from beginning to end. You are a proactive person, who thrives on working in a high volume professional environment. On-site recruitment experience is essential, as is a proven track record of coming up with solutions for achieving demanding targets. You will also have a strong customer focus and ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
This is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and client-facing individual.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience:
- 8-12 years Recruitment experience within the sales and marketing domain ( In-house / RPO/Agency) . Prior Experience of recruiting in the Pharmaceuticals sector will be advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- The individual should be a strong and confident communicator who will proactively engage with HRBP’s and senior Hiring Managers
- Experience conducting HR Interviews, in particular competency based interviews
- Demonstrable experience in talent pooling and utilizing direct sourcing channels
