About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support a leading business based in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your abilities in sourcing great talent, and contribute to a committed team.
This is an expansive role across the recruitment spectrum and the focus of this position is to manage the end to end recruitment process from approval of hire through to on-boarding of new employees. You will coach and assist line managers providing guidance or hands on support where necessary. The key measure of success for this role is the attraction and selection of high calibre people who are aligned with the company’s values.
About You
Your recruitment experience could be from either in-house or agency and ideally will be across a broad range of levels and functions. Your ability to listen, ask the right questions and make excellent decisions is critical. What stands out most of all is your genuine love of recruiting the right people for your organisation.
