Due to an increase in workload, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator on a contract basis to assist our well-established team and continue our 14+ year history of providing quality recruitment solutions across WA.

Key duties include;

• Screening Applications
• Database Calling to locate available candidates for work
• Registering Candidates and Booking Interviews
• Assist with Reference Checking
• Booking Medicals

Applicants must have exposure to recruitment processes and systems, ideally in our core areas such as;

• Mining/ Construction - Plant Operators/ Drill & Blast
• Skilled Trades - Fitters/Mechanics/ Welders/ Electricians/ Carpenters
• Transport - Store persons/ Forklift Operators/ Drivers

This is a Monday - Friday role working 8am - 5pm, however flexible options may be considered for applicants that meet the role requirements.

The successful applicant will have a very high level of self-motivation, a proactive approach to work, and ability to communicate with a wide variety of people both internally and externally
