The ANZ HR Team is a highly diverse group who work together to develop and deliver people and culture strategies which help our leaders and businesses be successful. This role will also be part of a manufacturing site leadership time focused on the production of high quality medicines into the global Pfizer network.
If you are an innovative and agile HR leader, driven to build meaningful partnerships with your business leaders in order to co-create effective and transformational people and culture strategies, then we want you in our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating an internal and external talent pipeline to support the future needs of the organisation
- Lead Industrial Relations for the site, helping to maintain healthy union relations and outcomes that are good for colleagues and the business
- Providing timely and effective coaching to managers and colleagues on HR processes and programs
To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
- Bachelors in business or related discipline is preferred.- proven Project Management experience
- Strong capabilities in operational and strategic thinking
- Industrial Relations experience highly desirable
- A drive to innovate and find new ways of working with business impact and experience of leading transformational change
