Due to current client demand and growth, Tecside Group are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant for an internal vacancy within our Naval Base office.
Working alongside a young and vibrant team, you will take over a warm desk, working with many of our long standing and top tier clients. Your role will include maintaining these clients and establishing positive and long term relationships, whilst ensuring that the service you provide is of the highest quality.
Tecside Group prides itself on offering great industry expertise, so it is essential that you are capable of delivering a professional and consultative service within the Construction and Trade space. Experience with high volume recruitment will also be looked upon favourably but is not essential.
Whilst this is not a sales position, you will also be responsible for identifying any sales opportunities and growing our current clients to ensure that we are their number 1 preferred supplier for all their recruitment needs.
The successful applicant will meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within the recruitment industry
- Experience recruiting within the Construction and Trades space
- Experience with high volume blue collar recruitment
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with your clients
- Ability to identify new business opportunities
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Motivated and self-drive
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
