Randstad is currently looking for a consultant to join our Industrial team in Melbourne. You will be responsible for the growth and success of our Government desk that services the entirety of Victoria. This consultant will be a 360 role, however, it will have a high emphasis on resourcing, placements and candidate and client management.
Industrial as a division looks after a vast ranges of Blue Collar roles from Landscapers and Gardner's, Cleaners and Kitchen Hands, all the way to forklift operators, warehouse storeman and Truck Drivers.
You love networking, not only externally with government clients and candidates, but also internally with other Randstad consultants as well, as you will be required to work across all Melbourne offices.
You will be reporting directly into the national industrial government manager, and therefore will have the luxury of working autonomously, whilst still having the support. This role is a great opportunity as you will be the creator of your own desk and own success.
