Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Diversity & Inclusion Manager to join this large complex government department. This is a newly created role where you will have the opportunity to design, implement and execute the D&I strategy for the business, playing a key role in driving major change and transformation
Your new role
In this role you will leading a small team, partnering with senior business stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving contemporary programs focused on diversity and inclusion . You will have proven ability working on diversity & inclusion projects with the ability to an provide advice on current research and trends, legislative commitments and innovative strategies to drive an inclusive and diverse culture.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven expertise in leading and delivering programs focused on diversity and inclusion within large, complex organisations demonstrate a true commitment and passion for D&I. NSW Government experience is highly regarded
