Your next role will be working for a government agency who are currently in an exciting growth stage. They have doubled in size over the passed 12 months and looking to do so again in the next 12 months. You will be partnering closely with the management team to advise and gage the best candidates for the organisation.
Reporting into the HR Manager your responsibilities are as followed.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and gain an understanding of their business and talent requirements.
- Provide timely advice to managers on attraction and sourcing strategies, recruitment practices, legislative requirements and ensure practices comply with our policies.
- Manage multiple end to end recruitment processes simultaneously including preparing position descriptions, creating enticing job advertisements, shortlisting, conducting interviews and other assessment methods, pre-employment checks and preparing letters of offer.
- Provide a high level of customer care to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation in accordance with record keeping requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor the on-boarding of new people and provide advice and support to managers.
- Work collaboratively with the People and Culture team and internal and external stakeholders.
