About the opportunity

We have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our National team based in North Sydney.  Your passion to provide brilliant service and capacity to engage and create relationships with all customers, internal and external, is integral to the success of this key role. While primarily a talent focused role there is also requirements for strong operational capabilities contributing to the entire Professional Services business function.

Your responsibilities may include but will not be limited to

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and feedback to ensure top talent is placed within our business;
  • Proactively sourcing talent to successfully attract and hire the highest-quality candidates to fill our roles utilising a variety of difference channels including internal database searching, online job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals;
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements of the professional services team.
  • Assist with the employment offer, contract generation and on-boarding processes;
  • Manage administration relating to recruitment processes including conducting reference checks as required; ensuring candidates have relevant qualifications, clearances, certificates and checks.
  • Ongoing Consultant and Candidate Care.
  • Manage operational requirements around People and Culture, Human Resources and other general process and policy compliance.
  • Contribute to sales, marketing and communication management functions including tender responses and customer engagements.

 

 

Essential Experience

  • End to end experience in recruitment processes, sourcing, screening, interviewing, referencing and feedback;
  • Experience in an in house recruitment role or recruitment agency (technical recruitment / IT recruitment advantageous);
  • Effective internal stakeholder engagement skills, with a high level of influencing and the ability to manage competing priorities to timed outcomes
  • Experience using databases, applicant tracking and human resources systems (JobAdder and Taleo preferred);
  • Experience in Business Operations; Human Resources, People and Culture, Marketing and Communication and general administration.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work within a team as well as autonomously and the ability to establish strong relationships internally & externally;
  • Tenacity and a consultative approach to providing solutions regarding challenging assignments plus the ability to work in a team oriented environment are critical skills;
  • Have a sense of urgency, high levels of service and attention to detail and;
  • Willingness to tackle changing requirements and the initiative to drive through to a successful outcome.
