Opportunity to join a global business supporting a newly established APAC HR Shared Service Centre.

Industry leading global pharmaceutical with an established presence across Asia Pacific.
Description
Supporting the APAC People Services Team, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR administrative support across a number of functions including; Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility and day to day Generalist activities. This is a fast paced, dynamic working environment prior experience supporting a global HR Function will be an advantage.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally working within a HR Shared Service Environment
- Practical operational experience of HR processes, e.g. hire, payroll, benefits, performance
- Experience working in a multi-cultural/multi-country work environment
- Strong confident communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
- Strong positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Mandarin OR Japanese preferred
