About the role
To support our 2020 and beyond strategies, we are committed to delivering a global talent acquisition and mobility strategy.
 
With this in mind we are now seeking to engage an experienced Talent Acquisition & Mobility Analyst to join our team.  This newly created role will report to our Global Talent Acquisition Leader and will be instrumental in optimising and managing our current and future recruiting and mobility operations, including vendor selection and management, process improvement and co-ordination of cross-functional teams supporting global mobility programs (recruiting, talent management, finance, tax).
 
This role will work closely with our regional Talent Acquisition Leaders, Global Mobility Programs Lead, and HRSS teams to advance and optimise critical functions within talent acquisition and mobility.
 
About you
  • Proven experience in driving talent acquisition and mobility operational effectiveness across multiple countries, you will have played a role in assessing vendors, negotiating contracts and presenting vendor recommendations within a global landscape
  • Vendor management with the ability to build strong relationships whilst driving results
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition and/or mobility best practices 
  • Expertise with HRIS functionality and reporting, data analytics (Oracle/Taleo preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline would be highly desirable
  • Analytical mindset – six-sigma or project management experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills: listening, communication, influencing 
  • Experience working globally: understanding cultural and legislative differences, identifying global as well as regional service providers
  • Able to work with virtual teams, and have flexible work hours when needed
  • Self-directed and agile
