Our client is a national leader in engineering infrastructure driving Australia wide projects that have a significant impact on local communities. There is currently a requirement for a Digital Learning Manager to program manage the design and release of a centralised learning tool, that ties into the LMS and other external vendors and websites. This is initially a 12-24 month project within our client's Head Office in North Sydney. 

As a Digital Learner Manager you will be responsible for setting the strategy that embraces leading edge learning technologies to empower learners. Working with the IT and L&D teams, you will ensure the functionality of the exisiting content is effective, end-user friendly, intuitive and empowers all staff across all levels of the organisation. You will ensure the system is updated, running efficiently, embedded well within the organisation and utilised to it's full purpose. This means designing easy access to scalable fit-for purpose learning technologies that are available on demand, released within budget and the specified timeframes and that the system modalities have been tailored and customised to each specified learning pathway, across the distinct levels and divisions of the business.

To be successful in this role you will have projected, managed and launched a similar Digital Learning tool within a large complex business. You will have strong stakeholder management skills across technology teams designing the back end and guiding them on functionality, aligning the development of the new Digital Learning system to adult learning principles and content designed by the L&D team. You will be a a strategic thinker, constantly curious about emerging technologies, able to turn concept into pragmatic solutions, customer focussed and a master curator, with a vision and passion for future ways of learning, leading the program through cutting edge Digital Learning practices that are on the frontier of industry methodologies. You will have strong consulting and influencing skills that will take your stakeholders and learners along your digital journey. Your data-driven decisions will be commercially astute and focussed on business outcomes.
