Your new company
This organisation is a leader in their field and have a modern head office based in Brisbane CBD. Due to continued growth and success with key projects, the opportunity has become available for a talent HR Business Partner to join this organisation on a contract to begin.
Your new role
Your role will have a true generalist and consultative approach and your portfolio will consist of around 200 employees. You will work collaboratively with other Business Partners, Advisors and Managers to provide trust and quality HR advice for all key personnel.
- Advise on employment relations matters such as absenteeism, grievances, disciplinary processes;
- Develop initiatives for engagement, retention, resourcing and workforce planning needs;
- Annual performance planning, assessment processes and other internal programs.
- Remuneration advice and salary benchmarking, inductions and onboarding.
- Work collaboratively with the broader HR team of Advisors, Business Partners, Managers and Recruitment.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrated business partnering experience within a large, commercial environment ideally within the heavy industry, construction, mining or infrastructure sectors. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline will be highly regarded, as will a highly relationship focused attitude.
