With a buoyant infrastructure sector currently booming in Melbourne, our Property, Construction and Engineering team is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team, where we provide support with both temporary and permanent recruitment to clients right across Australia and globally.

We’ll trust you with:

Being responsible for end to end recruitment, engaging and building rapport with clients and candidates along with developing new business opportunities.

Maintaining and building a warm desk with a mixture of work being fed to you working in partnership with Management as well as developing further business outside of this.

Your strengths and highlights:

  • A sense of humour and ability to laugh at yourself (you will fit right in!)

  • Experience in recruiting within the Property, Construction & Engineering markets
  • Building long term relationships with clients and candidates, broadening your network
  • Communicating effectively with honesty and integrity.
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • The ability to negotiate an outcome in the best interests of all parties
  • A skilled networker, attending various Property, Construction and Engineering industry events
