The Company

Due to huge growth, the client is seeking true experts in Human Resources to assist with all matters HR related. You would be looking after your own portfolio a business unit within an award winning national not-for-profit organisation based in Richmond. These roles are classified as Senior HRBPS and will take full reigns of their own portfolio.

 

The Role

Working closely with the General Manager of Human Resources, your main responsibility will be to work collaboratively with managers and the team, partnering with stakeholders to provide high quality and timely advice on HR matters. You will be required to provide your expertise with employee relations across your business unit as well as the organisation.

Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Employee and industrial relations
  • Recruitment and retention
  • Provision of HR & Organisational Development Services
  • Change management
  • Policies and procedures
  • HR projects

 

What will I need to succeed?

  • Proven experience in a Senior HR Business Partner/Advisor role
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices
  • A degree or Post Graduate Qualification in HR
  • Ability to negotiate, influence and liaise to achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information exercising the highest degree of discretion
  • Resourceful and have practical common sense

An understanding and knowledge of healthcare primarily aged care related issues would be highly desirable but not essential.
