A newly created role to support growth, offering an opportunity to learn from senior players in the Industry. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and have Human Resource support experience this would be a great next step role.
 
This is a dynamic business with a diverse Service offering. With a broad portfolio of products and services you will support several divisions of the business. Reporting to the BU Manager’s and supporting a Senior HRBP you will be responsible for however not limited to:
 
  • Prepare Employee Contracts and other associated administration to support on-boarding of new contractor’s and employees
  • Manage Employee Records within Pronto
  • Employee Reporting and other adhoc Monthly HR reporting
  • Respond to HR enquiries and requests and refer to HR colleagues or Payroll where required
  • Provide Human Resource Admin Support to BU Manager’s and HR Business Partners
  • Support Recruitment requests and provide support across all levels of the Recruitment process
  • Support the implementation of change and strategies to support business objectives
 
The ideal Candidate should have:
 
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in HR admin
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Tertiary qualification in HR preferred or studying towards
  • You are a strong administrator with a comprehensive understanding of MS Office applications
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and manage expectations
  • You are extremely service oriented and demonstrate a high level of accountability
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Available for an asap start
