About the role

 

 

Laing O'Rourke is recruiting a Remuneration & Benefits Advisor to join our Human Capital team based in North Sydney.  

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

 

Reporting to the Head of HC & Operations this is a standalone role covering paternity leave for approximately 14months. You will be responsible for the effective delivery of performance, reward and employee benefits and well as salary data reporting to the senior leadership team across the Australian hub.

 

 

You will have

 

 

A degree in Human Resources or Accounting, combined with significant experience in a similar role is required. Strong analytical skills as well as previous experience in annual salary review cycles and manual rem reviews is a must.
