There is currently an opportunity for a Graduate/Associate Recruitment Consultant to join the Hudson team and be provided extensive on-the-job training to successfully launch them into their new career.
This role is located in Sydney CBD and would suit someone who will go above and beyond their job description and likes to be challenged in duties outside their usual realm of:
- Becoming a specialist in their field of recruitment
- Building relationships with clients & candidates
- Interviewing candidates and providing authentic feedback on suitable opportunities
- Identifying talent using in-house database, social media & advertising methods
- Be open to business development to generate new opportunities within your market
