Due to the growth of our business, we are looking for someone to join our small but effective team who has a positive attitude and an understanding of the recruitment process to Recruit and Manage an active pool of casual BLUE COLLAR EMPLOYEES (Distribution,Manufacturing & Transportation) for our established accounts in Western Sydney.
This role will only suit an experienced, organised and pro-active Recruitment Resourcer (Account Management Experience will be looked at favourably).
Previous work history must be within the Australian Recruitment Market and experience in Blue Collar Company Operations - Warehouse/Distribution.
Reporting directly to the Sydney Regional Manager, you will based in our Parramatta office though your own transport required to commute to the client's site on a regular basis to manage the casual workforce and the client account.
Skills required -
Experience in the recruitment of production & distribution personnel.
Experience in sourcing Quality candidates and all involved with a temp desk and the 360 degree recruitment process.
Ongoing recruitment required therefore being able to demonstrate your ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency, taking ownership and a genuine ability to manage a client account.
An understanding of Award Interpretation & awareness of WH&S standards an advantage.
Strong communication skills on all levels with internal & external stakeholders.
Computer literate being able to manage candidate and client feedback information.
This is a rewarding role for an Experienced Consultant who thrives on taking ownership of a role, enjoys meeting deadlines and thrives on the recruitment process.
This is a Monday - Friday role 9am-5pm. Must have own transport for adhoc visits.
Salary negotiable based on experience.
