Looking for a part-time 3–day week opportunity where you’ll engage with community and business whilst leveraging your Project Management experience? Want to build and maintain an internal community network and champions to maximised employee engagement? This may be the role for you!
 
As Community Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing key community projects to establish long-term local community programs that support the delivery of local strategic business objectives and have a positive impact on local communities and employee engagement.
 
Amongst your responsibilities will be development and execution of key projects in line with our Australian Community Strategy and building the visibility of Zurich’s brand in these markets, preparation for the next phase of sponsorship, facilitation of project governance structures, managing and motivating project team resources, and serve as the main point of contact and information source for all community, sponsorship and employee volunteering activities.
 
You’ll bring experience in community program creation and execution alongside a corporate organisation, in-depth understanding of community issues, and ability to identify business implications and opportunities. Your strong project management skills, coaching and influencing skills, people and project leadership, strong mindset for continuous improvement and managing operational risk, and superior communication skills will be the keys to your success.
