YOUR CONTRIBUTION

We are looking for an Operations Manager to support the Director of Employment and Enterprise by providing expertise in the development, streamlining, maintenance and review of outcome focused employment contracts. The purpose of this role is to oversee the operations of Employment Services division in compliance with contract terms and conditions. You will work closely with the Director of Employment and Enterprise to maintain existing contracts and to identify opportunities for performance improvement and growth.

ABOUT YOU

You will be an experienced and passionate Operations Manager with tertiary qualifications in Finance/Commerce/Human Resources and qualifications in contract management. You will possess leadership, strategic thinking and planning skills. Having managed large teams before you will be a natural leader and your experience or exposure to employment services and/or disability services will make you a strong fit for this role.
