Wow what a year! Although Eight Recruitment have been around for over 7 years now, the last couple we have really picked up some speed. When founder Nadene Barretto decided to flip the industry on its head with her unique fee structure of 8% some thought it was a crazy idea but… Great things never came from comfort zones!
 
Any experienced recruiter will appreciate the opportunities that our fee brings but they will also know that a fee means nothing if you can’t find good people. Here at Eight Recruitment, it’s all about the customer not KPI’s. With our "no selling" promise, you get to work on existing relationships, active roles and a team which has a consistent history of high billings.
  
What will the role look like?
Growing an empire needs great talent and we know that we are only as good as our people. We have taken our revolutionary style  and transferred it over to our employee offering. • Your role can be part-time (if that’s what you need)
• You will be paid an above average wage (up to $35 per hour)
• You will earn commission on every placement you make (you deserve it)
• You will have no sales targets (unless you want them of course)

Sounds great, but what experience do I need?

• We're looking for a highly talented, passionate search recruiter aka "Headhunter"
• You work well autonomously but you understand the benefits of being part of something bigger
• You are digitally savvy with a genuine passion for the digital space and are an avid user of social media platforms
• Customer service delivery is your forte, you love growing relationships with clients and candidates
