They currently have an exciting temporary opportunity for a HR Consultant to step in and cover a period of annual leave commencing mid-August concluding mid to late September.
With a focus across a range of generalist activities your duties will include:
- End to end recruitment
- Onboarding and contract management
- Performance management including coaching Managers on all employee relation matters
- Employee relations
- Managing change
- First point of contact for all employee questions around HR policies and procedures
- Other generalist HR support
The successful candidate will ideally have a strong HR generalist background, possess HR qualifications and have strong people and team skills with the ability to manage self and influence others.
