Compensation & Benefits Analyst (A&NZ)

CEVA logistics has an opportunity for an experienced, driven and demonstrated Compensation and Benefits Analyst at our facility located in Truganina. Reporting to the Vice President of HR A&NZ, you will provide support to our operations sites across A&NZ.

Your main focuses will be development, implementation, maintenance and administration of compensation and benefits policies, initiatives, frameworks and programs which support CEVA to attract, motivate and retain employee talent and are within CEVA Global Reward guidelines, Cluster guidelines and suitable to market conditions.

 Key Responsibilities;

  • Manage end to end development, implementation, coordination and administration of:
  • Planned and unplanned remuneration activities.
  • Incentive schemes (Short Term, Sales / Commission and Long Term).
  • Remuneration compensation and benefits frameworks including facilitating and ensuring approvals are within CEVA Global Reward, Business Rules and Cluster Guidelines.
  • Production and distribution of communication materials to internal / external stakeholders.
  • Working closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of schemes / programs / payments.
  • Development, implementation, coordination and administration of employees reward, recognition and benefits policies, initiatives, frameworks and programs.
  • Promotion of CEVA’s Reward, Recognition and Benefits activities.
  • Update benefit policies as required (i.e. vehicles, superannuation).
  • Monitor benefit trends and related legislation to ensure compliance across the business.
  • Implementation, coordination and administration of CEVA’s Job evaluation / grading policies, initiatives, frameworks and program.
  • Maintenance of the program / activity to enable benchmarking and central reporting.
  • Production and distribution of communication materials to stakeholders.
  • Be the business reference point and recognised expert on reassignment / transfer / mobility expatriate / policies, initiatives, frameworks, programs, advice and support while balancing CEVA requirements with individual circumstances.
  • Coordinating and administration of employee mobility and transfers, including visa requirements and processes.
  • Managing, coordinating and administration of expatriate / mobility / transfer arrangements (i.e. medical, pensions, payroll advice).
  • Collation of and reporting on data mobility / transfer / reassignments (i.e. tracking visa status / requirements, remuneration data / general compensation and benefits management / employment contracts and letters.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with internal teams and key providers / preferred suppliers.
  • Continuously review and assess compensation and benefits policies, initiatives, frameworks and programs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Effectively communicate compensation and benefits policies, initiatives, frameworks and programs as required.
  • Ensure compliance with related legislation/s.
  • Report, research and provide guidance to CEVA so remuneration and benefits are based on appropriate information and managers are making informed decisions.
  • Monitor competitive remuneration trends and economic activity. Compile and communicate market information and insights to stakeholders as required.
  • Complete salary, benefit, industry, government and statutory remuneration surveys / requirements.  Incorporate survey findings into CEVA’s compensation and benefits approach as appropriate.
  • Assist with project work as required.
  • Support and provide guidance materials to facilitate the day-to-day HR operations.
  • Any other general support across the HR function as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in HR/Data analysis.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work and fit into a team environment.
  • Financial and business aptitude, and proficient in statistical methodology.
  • Remuneration exposure / experience and tax / FBT knowledge.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) with Exceptional Excel Skills.
  • Demonstrated Diplomacy and Cultural awareness / sensitivity.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate significant initiative with a continuous improvement focus while being task orientated.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a busy environment and to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Management of private and confidential information.
