HR Manager (workforce development)
Full time position - Dubbo
We are seeking a proactive and engaging Human Resources (HR) Manager with skills in workforce development.
This newly created position would suit an experienced person with insight into building staff performance, recruitment strategy, and organisational capacity.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Corporate Services, you will provide high level advice and support to Executive and staff. You will have the opportunity to establish and implement a workforce development strategy.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise work, maintain a high degree of accuracy, and be flexible to change. The ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality is also essential.
