About the Role
An opportunity has become available for a proactive, energetic internal Talent Advisor
This is a fast paced and challenging recruitment role where the successful candidate will take ownership for the recruitment function and be a trusted adviser and subject matter expert on Talent Acquisition working with the HR manager. This is great role for a recruiter keen to join a dynamic, creative company with a real buzz and great culture.


About You
The successful candidate will have:

• A successful track record in recruitment, from an agency and in house background, recruiting across numerous functions
• Excellent direct sourcing skills utilising social media and other creative sourcing strategies
• Strong capability in negotiating and influencing at all levels and exceptional communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and passion for recruitment
