MHA Care is a dynamic, innovative organisation providing community based assistance to the frail, aged and people with a disability across the Moira Shire. We are looking for an energetic and diligent person to join our great team in the following role based in Yarrawonga:
Position: Part time (4 days), Up to 12 Months Maternity Leave position
Key Responsibilities:
Policy Development, provision of HR Advice, maintaining employee records & HRIS, work cover and return to work, HR Coordination, employee training and development and project work.
Experience and Qualifications required:
Essential:
- Tertiary degree in Human Resource Management
- Significant previous experience in a Human Resources role
- Advanced computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft office products and a working knowledge of human resources information systems
Desirable:
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
- Formal training in WorkCover claim management and the role of a Return to Work Coordinator
- Knowledge of Home and Community Care Services
