ESE Recruitment is a successful, boutique executive recruitment consultancy with offices in metropolitan and regional Victoria. Our divisions include Engineering Science Technical, Sales and Construction. We are a team of highly motivated and driven consultants who are engaged in the activity of “professionals recruiting professionals”. We are looking to engage an experienced and successful senior recruitment specialist to join the Construction Recruitment team.
This represents an outstanding opportunity for an experienced practitioner to join a close knit, ethical team of like minded professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess a number of years experience in the recruitment field in addition to extensive knowledge of the construction industry and in particular recruitment success in the Melbourne construction market.
Along with the drive to succeed in an autonomous environment you will have networks in place which will enable you to hit the ground running and achieve success quickly. You will be tenacious, committed, loyal and persistent and have a high degree of enthusiasm and integrity. We are also looking for someone who is intelligent and has excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
We will provide you with the tools, environment and support to enable your success. On offer is a package commensurate with your experience of $90,000 ~ $100,000 base salary + superannuation and the ability to participate in an uncapped incentive scheme.
