The Role

Lead training for new recruits and existing staff
Develop online learning platform
Create training materials and content
Organise training schedules
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders

What You Need

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in travel
Excellent IT skills including advanced PowerPoint and Excel
Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to prioritise, multitask and adapt to a changing training environment
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
