Your opportunity
An exciting opportunity is now available for a candidate-focused volume recruiter to join our busy on-site team at StarTrack, based in Melbourne CBD. This key objective of this role is to successfully manage a high volume of candidates through a robust end-to-end contact centre recruitment process. You will advertise roles, screen and cull resumes, conduct telephone interviews and distribute online assessments; building and maintaining rapport with candidates from initial contact right through to offer and onboarding.
About you
- End-to-end recruitment experience, ideally from a fast-paced, volume recruitment environment
- Ability to conduct behavioural-based interviews over the phone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, thrives in a process-driven environment
- Highly-organised, able to prioritise workload effectively
- Resilient personality
- Team player
