The Role
360 senior temp/perm recruitment consultant - you will run your desk specialising in the facilities management and property arenas by sourcing new business and leveraging off existing clients relationships. Your focus will be to provide tailored recruitment solutions specific to your clients requirements and working in a way that seperates you from the competition. You will utilise your industry knowledge to develop and expand your client and candidate networks and operate in a very consultative manner with a clear and simple approach.
The role requires strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality that separates you from your competitors, working at speed with exceptional organisational and communication skills is essential.

About You
A demonstrable track record of achievement in the recruitment industry - our client is keen to speak to Recruiters at both a junior or more senior level. An ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must have recruitment agency experience gained in the professional services space with a keen desire to move into this highly lucrative sector. Strength of character, resilience and excellent communication skills are essential attributes in order to be successful in this role.
On offer
- $95k-$105K base+super+bonus paid monthly
- Excellent uncapped commission scheme - (1st 6 months no threshold)
