Your new company
The business is the Australian subsidiary of an international public company that uses world-leading technology and effect recycling solutions and to reduce waste and energy consumption. The local business is expanding rapidly as it gears up to be ready to deliver a high-profile project. This global organisation based in Sydney's North Shore are seeking a highly capable and experienced Recruitment Professional to join their Internal Recruitment Team on a contract basis. The organisation has a fantastic work culture and offering a very competitive hourly rate.
Your new role
Your new role as the Senior Recruiter will be to manage the full end to end recruitment process along with:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, processes and initiatives
- Improve workforce search, attraction and selection across the business
- Work closely with high level stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement
You will be working on a short-term project to assist in the recruitment of around 30 new staff members in blue collar roles. You will adopt a consultative approach to recruitment.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a number of years recruitment experience and be available to start immediately. You will have excellent communication skills and relish a fast paced working environment. Experience recruiting into blue collar roles would be an advantage. Be competent, focused and outcome driven. You will also have excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. You will be driven, motivated and a quick learner together with the ability to work in a fast paced commercial environment.
