About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Mobility Coordinator to join our Performance, Reward & Workplace Relations team. Reporting to the Mobility Manager, the purpose of this role is  to perform Mobility administration and coordination tasks which will assist in delivering high quality services to Woolworths Group team members who are relocating.  

Working as part of the Mobility team (and wider People and Culture team both domestically and internationally), the Mobility Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring compliance and consistency, with the support of the Mobility Advisors and Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Coordination of all mobility related services including but not limited to:

    • International and domestic relocations;

    • Administration of relocation conditions, mobility policies and assignment/relocation contracts;

    • Delivery of the day-to-day operational requirements for all international and domestic assignments, transfers and mobility related hires

  • Achieving mobility objectives and target Service Levels;

  • Ensuring appropriate records, files and databases are maintained;

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement and streamlining of policies, systems and processes (with a focus on administration and coordination)

  • Being the key contact for coordination of Mobility issues domestically and internationally;

  • Liaising with other People and Culture teams as appropriate to ensure cross communication in the delivery of the Mobility service

About you

  • Previous experience in a mobility role in a large complex organisation

  • Previous HR administration/coordination experience is highly desired

  • Ability to quickly gain knowledge of an organisations policies and procedures
