                         Gun Talent Acquisition Partner - In Sydney

The Role
We are looking for someone who can offer more than just the recruitment piece. A creative thinker who understands the full life cycle of the recruitment and on boarding function, a fast paced operator who is focused on quality over quantity and someone who can partner with the business and build relationships across a range of stakeholders.

We want someone who can deliver a premium candidate experience that speaks to our culture and goal of being the most loved telco.

Cutting to the chase...the day to day will look like this:

Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective and unique sourcing strategies, whilst working across multiple disciplines within the telco world.
Drafting creative job ads that target talent using different and unique methods to attract top notch talent.
Manage the qualification and selection process by delivering qualified and diverse candidates, while delivering a superior experience for candidates and managers throughout the entire process.
Contribute to the strategy for our recruitment brand on social media and other talent sourcing channels by writing content for our recruitment social media platforms.
