The Person
You will be a qualified HR professional with over 5 years’ experience across the HR cycle including; recruitment, performance management and growing a positive culture. You’ll possess attention to detail and an ability to put people at ease.
Initially the role will be focused on supporting a recruitment drive prior to summer. Over time you will work with the management team and support initiatives designed to ensure our culture continues to be a source of competitive advantage.
You may be a HR professional looking to return to the workforce or someone who wants to continue their career on a part-time basis. You thrive in small teams and the variety of roles that this entails.
You enjoy living on the Sunshine Coast and would enjoy being part of a local manufacturer who is devoted to making great food.
The Role
- Recruit staff
- Ensure we are making the right choices at our busiest times
- Manage hiring processes and administration
- Oversee our labour hire relationship
- Support performance management, including training and staff recognition in an environment that values individual and team effort
- Support a future review of our employment agreement
- Design your role ensuring it meets the needs of all relevant stakeholders
