An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven individual to join the Sydney CBD based Programmed Professionals team as a 360 IT Recruitment Consultant. You will join an established team placing contract workers in the Public sector thru the 0007 NSW government recruitment panel. You will be managing an existing contractor base on a 360 degree recruitment desk with access to roles released thru the 0007 panel currently while also building relationships with clients to increase market share within this sector. In this role you will have the support of a resourcer to help coordinate candidate screening and talent pooling activities.

The Job Role

  • Building a Strong Relationship with key client contacts
  • Regular meetings with existing and prospective clients within the NSW GOV
  • Screening and interviewing and prospective candidates
  • Filling roles as per client requirements
  • Interviewing and talent pooling candidates
  • Logging activities
  • Coordinating and managing resourer activities to ensure smooth deliver on roles
  • Attending and participating in weekly and monthly meetings
  • Utilise your initiative and creativity to implement new ideas and procedures

To be successful for this opportunity minimum requirements are

  • An understanding and knowledge around Recruitment processes and procedures
  • Prior Experience recruiting in the IT recruitment highly desirable but not essential
  • To be motivated, passionate and be able to use your initiative daily
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong computer and administration skills
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Experience working in recruitment or a customer service/account management role.
  • Strong admin and organisational skills
  • Ability to build meaningful and long term relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to multi task, work to tight deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
