Your role in our future.
As Administrator, People & Change you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Partnerships, Organisational Development and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) teams. The role also shares the responsibility for HR and Payroll Reception and is the first line of support for employees and line managers on all enquiries related to recruitment, onboarding and employment matters across Peter Mac.
This role provides an opportunity for a motivated HR Administrator looking to grow their HR career in a complex, fast paced environment. You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team and will gain exposure to a wide range of HR functions and projects.
Key requirements for your success in the role include;
- Qualifications in HR or related field (or progression towards);
- Understanding/Knowledge of recruitment best practice principles and procedures;
- Customer focused and able to develop effective relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Intermediate MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
