As a result of phenomenal growth and a bold plan for expansion across the next 5 years Momentum have created a new management stream within their business model which sits between the Executive team and the front-line operation. The objective of this role is to manage and grow our vertical market specialisation.
Based in either Sydney CBD or Parramatta with the flexibility to travel interstate this role’s key responsibilities are to develop and maintain existing client relationships within the blue-collar vertical, source and win new business across the sector and coach a team of Account Managers across our National footprint.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Previous experience within the Labour Hire industry, coming from a Senior Key Account or Branch, Regional Management level.
- Strong experience across Business Development, with a proven track record in client retention and winning new recruitment opportunities
- First class presentation and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding and proven success gained from within the labour hire market
- Team Leadership skills that embrace a culture of people, quality and delivery
- A strong work ethic
- An impeccable reputation which is demonstrated in all elements of how you operate
