It’s the nitty gritty stuff many companies either ignore or pretend to do well. Not us. We take our culture and our people very seriously. From birthday lunches, to inspiration days, to three day all expenses paid conferences in secret locations around Australia. A big part of your job will be contributing to incentives like this that make it extremely hard for everyone at Gemba to not brag about their job to their friends.
