Job Purpose:
You will oversee all Sales & Operations activities across Australia. Responsible for the management of the business P&L, as well as the strategic goals and formulating plans to make sure those goals are met.
Job Position:
- Initially responsibility of around 50 recruiters (multi-site), including Managers, BD and Key Accounts specialists, with a further acquisition soon to be added over the next few months that will increase headcount and contractor supply volume
- Currently the volume of Contractors supplied across all Project Services across Australia stands in the range of 1000+ and continuing to grow daily, generating approximately $250M annual revenue.
- We are not just looking for someone to manage a region, we are looking for someone to grow, lead and subsequently inspire it and ensure they maintain their position as a leading white collar projects services consultancy, not only across Australia and APAC, but globally too.
Requirement, Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Senior Management role in Australia
- Essential you have a demonstrable track record managing Volume Project Recruitment Services / RPO / Managed Service Solutions - white collar contractors
- Experience in managing and growing revenue in excess $150M+
- Critical thinking and Strategic thinking Management experience is a prerequisite Ideally Master's degree in business administration is preferred but not essential
