About the role

  • Be the first point of contact with less complex HR queries for allocated operational area
  • The role offers a variety of projects and HR practice in diverse environments.
  • Coordinate and contribute to strategic projects in consultation with the People Services Business Partner- Workforce Planning
  • In consultation with the People Services Business Partner, provide advice and support to Frontline Managers on transactional people services matters including recruitment and selection, award and agreement interpretations and less complex performance management
  • Assist the recruitment team in recruitment activities as required.

About you

  • A tertiary degree in HR / Employee Relations /Business;
  • Working knowledge and a minimum of two years’ experience in an advisory role;
  • Experience in working within a matrix structure
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and response to change stakeholder needs.
  • A strong attitude of customer service and customer service delivery.
  • Strong focus on achieving project deliverables, performance and results.
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills.
