We are looking for an experienced Recruiter or Scheduler to join our expanding team in Joondalup.
You will be responsible for the attraction and retention of staff which will include, screening, interviewing and selecting staff against our clients requirements, along with placement of staff, staff resource forecasting, planning, rostering and day to day roster management whilst all the time providing exceptional- world class- customer service.
Our ideal candidate will be high functioning, smart and quick to learn and react in a fast paced but highly values driven environment.
Previous recruitment agency experience and/or volume scheduling or rostering preferably in the social care sector is highly desirable however a friendly, optimistic and enthusiastic, solutions focused outlook is essential.
