ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an opportunity for a high-performing locum Recruiter to run a portfolio of GP clients across Australia.
DUTIES
- Manage the full 360-degree recruitment process for your portfolio across Australia for locum placements
- Ensure best practice standards are in place across the GP portfolio
- Meet the revenue goals and achieving profitability targets for your portfolio
- Build relationships with new and existing clients, including attending client visits
- Identify new business leads, follow up on opportunities, and win new business.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can fully utilise your strong recruitment experience while earning commission, then this is the role for you! You will hit the ground running, continuing to drive results with the support of a Para Consultant to help you with recruitment administration.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You are a high performing Recruiter with 2-5 years’ of locum recruitment experience. You will have worked within the healthcare, education, labour hire space, or similar. You understand the healthcare environment and the high compliance nature that comes with this. In-depth medical training will be provided to the successful and high performing applicant.
