About the role
Calvary have an exciting opportunity available for immediate filling for a driven HR professional to provide HR generalist support, coordinate end-to-end recruitment and facilitate smooth on-boarding of Calvary employees. The HR & Recruitment Coordinator will also facilitate staffing strategies and workforce planning to ensure suitable talent is engaged for a sustainable future. The HR & Recruitment Coordinator will also actively contribute policy/procedures updates, auditing processes and eRecruitment system changes.
What you bring
- Minimum 3 years in-house end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding experience.
- Qualification in Human Resources or related field is highly desirable.
- Experience interpreting legislation and industrial instruments
- Experience in coordinating talent acquisition campaigns and workforce planning
- Experience with eRecruitment and HRIS systems
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
