Senior Resourcing Specialist

Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed labour, labour hire, staffing and training services.
We have a vacancy for a Senior Resourcing Specialist located in our Virginia Branch.
We are looking for a career driven, motivated and positive individual with exceptional organizational and customer service skills.

Hours of work vary from 8am to 9am starts and day shifts are rotated amongst the team. We need someone who is flexible and committed to being a top performer.

Some of your duties will include however not limited to:

• Supervision and direction of consultants in your team
• Implementing new systems and processes to assist in the smooth running of the team
• Recruitment of field staff for our client sites across a number of industry areas - Industrial, Commercial & Trades
• Interviewing field staff
• Reference checking of field staff
• Complying with all Programmed processes and procedures
• Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
• Client site visits
• Problem solving and prioritizing daily
• Being part of a team environment and contributing equally

To be considered for this position:

• You will have a strong work history in Recruitment or similar
• You will have exceptional organisational skills
• You will have the ability to give direction, delegate and create a positive work environment
• You will have a proactive and positive attitude with the energy to motivate yourself and others everyday
• You will be flexible with your availability and be open to doing overtime where necessary
• You will have a driver's license and your own reliable vehicle
• You will be able to provide 2 current contactable work references from the last 6 months
• Previous experience using Fastrack an advantage
