The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional HR Manager who can join our thriving business to promote the core values and enable business success through training & development, performance management, job design, employment cycle changes, policy creation and talent management.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing accurate advice, maintaining appropriate records and assisting in developing a high performing culture.
Key responsibilities
Lead, coach and motivate the HR Team, providing direction and context by setting clear targets
Assess performance and provide feedback to direct reports through monthly one to one discussions and adherence to the performance management processes
Manage employee relations and provide advice to managers regarding how to approach team and single employee conversations focused on performance and results.
Undertake continued development to keep abreast of workplace relation legislation developments
Manage rehabilitation and return to work processes in line with business and legislative requirements
Have the proven ability to interpret awards. Banking, finance and insurance experience would be seen as highly beneficial.
As a result of anticipated business growth the successful individual will be career minded and be motivated to take ownership of, and continue to drive, MyBudget's HR function.
