On offer is a base salary of up to $110,000 + super + annual company performance bonus.

You will be working for a highly regarded global pool, spa & chemical wholesaler who have an excellent portfolio of products - the best in the industry. You will play a key training and development role within for internal staff, resellers and the general public across Australia. As a result, you will be given a great deal of autonomy and the necessary resources and support from senior management to excel in this role. As your new employer are the leaders within the industry, you will attend the leading state and national industry events which will keep you up to date on things within your industry. You will do plenty of regional and interstate travel within this role, so you will quickly become well known within the business. When you start, the company will provide a great induction and training program which will quickly bring you up to speed. Finally, you will work in a modern office environment in Wetherill Park; well away from the CBD traffic jams.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating & maintaining a portfolio of training modules using the Partner & Training platform NetExam as well as off-line training modules. As you will be responsible for training and development nationally, this role requires regular interstate travel so it’s important your home life allows this flexibility. You will also be required to attend leading state and national industry events from time to time as well. Finally, to help educate, upskill and improve the product knowledge internally, resellers and the general public, you will need to create, organise and host on-site training sessions or information events across the country. You will have plenty of resources to help you including the senior sales and very “hands-on” senior management team.

What you must have to apply for this role:

• At least 2 years experience within a training and development role
• Previous experience working for a medium to large organisation
• Exceptional communication skills
• Confident in public speaking
• Experience in creating and developing training and development programs
• Excellent computer skills
• Social media savvy
• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of clients
• Ability to travel regularly interstate

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

• Experience using the Partner & Training platform NetExam
