Total AMS (TAMS) is an innovative marine and harbour services organisation. 

Proudly 100% WA and privately owned TAMS was founded in 1999 as a specialist mooring installation and maintenance contractor and supplier of diving services and mooring products.

Since establishing in 1999, we have consistently expanded our service offering and resource base to become one of Australia’s most diverse and accomplished marine services providers.

We have permanent bases in Fremantle and Onslow, along with project specific support facilities in Port Hedland, Cape Preston, Dampier and other locations to suit our operations.

We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to assist the Leadership team with building HR capability across the organisation.

Our Human Resources Administrator will deliver day-to-day operational HR admin support to a number of business units and will work within the Business Services team. The role will support the broader TAMS business for all aspects of compliance to HR programs and will actively coordinate programs including:  

  • EOI's, Recruitment, Attraction and Retention Strategies
  • HR Policy and Procedural Maintenance
  • Performance Management (support and admin)  
  • Some injury management and return to work support
  • Employee record and qualification management

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance across the HR function, as well as assisting with human resources projects and other workforce initiatives as required.

You will have 2 years minimum HR admin experience with highly developed communication skills, an understanding of employee relations, have sound administration and organisation skills and the ability to build relationships quickly and easily.

With excellent interpersonal and influencing skills you will be adept at multi-tasking and managing stakeholders with confidence, flexibility and autonomy.

You will be comfortable working on a range of different projects and in a dynamic environment of change and be able to demonstrate an ability to juggle and manage conflicting priorities.
